Who we are

FMUK Logistics Ltd ("FMUK", "we") is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17093357, with our registered office at 19 Wesley Street, South Elmsall, Pontefract, England, WF9 2AQ. What we collect

When you email us, including through the enquiry form on our homepage (which opens your own email app), we receive whatever you choose to send. That is usually your name, company, work email address, the kind of business you run and a rough idea of your return volumes.

How we use it

We use it to reply to your enquiry, to talk to you about our services and, if you become a client, to set up your account. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and on taking steps you have asked for before entering into a contract.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or any kind of tracking. Our fonts are served from our own website, so loading a page does not send your details to anyone else. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the website running securely.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. It is held by our email provider and, if you become a client, in our own systems. We only share it with others where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry does not lead to work together, we delete it after 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as our contract and the law require.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email fmuklogistics@outlook.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
